Central Library
The Central Library is spread over 1680 square meters with ground floor and mezzanine floor of the MIT Digital Library. It has over 1 lakh volumes, over 50 periodicals and hundreds of CDs, DVDs, e-learning material, etc. It comprises of the following Sections: Main Library: Issue and Returns Section. Reference Section (Technical and Science Journals-national and International, reference books, bound back volumes) including digital library with 20 PCs, Multimedia Kits, Internet Facility for surfing more than 1500 e-journals. Study Cubicles over 100 cubicles on the ground floor. Reading room adjacent to the Main Library, ground floor, general magazines, News Papers Reading Section, ground floor.

Transport Facility
Transport facility is available for local students. Your home to college commute is less tiring and less risky than driving a two-wheeler. MIT buses are available for students to conduct study tours, industrial visits, etc. Ample parking space for two-wheeler and four-wheelers provided for students, staff, MIT ensures a barrier free environment for the physically disabled. Department of Food Plant Operations
The Department of Food Plant Operations at MIT College of Food Technology is equipped with modern processing facilities to provide students with practical exposure and hands-on training in food production and processing technologies. The department focuses on bridging theoretical concepts with industrial applications, enabling students to develop technical knowledge, operational skills, and an understanding of real-world food processing practices. The department houses state-of-the-art bakery processing equipment along with specialized machinery such as a Kulfi Making Machine and Khawa Making Machine. These advanced facilities provide students with practical training in bakery and dairy product processing, quality control, and product development, preparing them to meet the evolving demands of the food processing industry.

MIT Manthan Hall (State of the Art Auditorium)
Manthan Hall is used for expert lectures, alumni meet, alumni lectures, conferences, seminars, cultural programs, and various institutional events. The capacity of Manthan Hall is 800. It is equipped with high-quality audio-visual systems, digital displays, projectors, air-conditioning systems, and adequate seating facilities.

MIT Anand Hall
Anand Hall is used for expert lectures, alumni meets, interviews, seminars, workshops, and various academic and professional events. The capacity of Anand Hall is 260. It is equipped with high-quality audio-visual systems, projectors, air-conditioning systems, and adequate seating furniture.

Gymnasium & sports
Physical fitness is of prime importance in order to bring out the best in every student. MIT understands that a healthy mind resides in a healthy body and hence includes a well-equipped gymnasium in the campus. There are also sports facilities like a spacious playground for games and recreation. Games like cricket, football and volleyball are quite popular games at MIT. MIT also has dedicated playing areas for indoor games like badminton, carom, chess etc.

NSS
NSS (National Service Scheme) is a voluntary program in colleges under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports that encourages students to serve society. Its motto is “Not Me, But You.” NSS units conduct activities like tree plantation, blood donation, cleanliness drives, health awareness, and village camps. It helps students develop leadership, teamwork, discipline, and social responsibility.
